Through the Storm

A perfect storm time,
family and personal
challenges test me.

Somehow I endure
without giving up my goal
to remain hopeful.

Hope’s alternative
I prefer to disregard.
How would it help me?

I admire the fact that you never give up! You always have hope that things will get better. I really have to struggle with that virtue!
Peace,
Muff

"hope's alternative" certainly debatable for help but as always fascinating food for thought, thank you.

Muff, thanks for your vote of confidence, but it is an ongoing struggle to keep my hope alive. I just simply cannot accept that there is no hope or I would turn out the lights.

Patrick, hope's alternative is despair, and it is not a comfortable or productive place to be for very long.
